(INTERNET STORE POLICY ONLY)
Exchanges Due to Shipping Damage or Defective Merchandise If you receive
an item that was damaged in shipping or upon initial use or discover a defect,
we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost. Notify us immediately
for shipping instructions.
Exchanges At Carmensvacuum.com (our Internet Store Policy ONLY!), we offer a 15
day exchange policy on all purchases. We do require that you ship the unused product
back to us in the original packaging. Damage to the merchandise due to abuse is
unacceptable. Remember that we want you to be satisfied not only with your purchase
but your whole shopping experience with Carmensvacuum.com
Refunds On refunds,
there is a nominal 15% restocking fee for unused products received in the original
packaging. Equipment that is used will be charged an additional usage fee. This
is due to the fact that the equipment is now used and cannot be returned to the
normal inventory. Accessories such as bags, belts, filters, and tools should all
be returned as well or they will be deducted from the refund. Credits will be
performed within 5 days after returned items are received and inspected. Please
ensure that all warranty cards and manuals are returned to receive full credit.
Instructions If you feel you need to make a return, please contact us at
(800) 886-8227 and ask for shipping. You will then be given instructions for the
return.
Shipping Information
We work as hard as we can to provide you the item you purchased in the time alloted on the purcahse page. From time to time, however, we may not immediately have the item in stock, and will work with you as best we can to provide solutions to ensure you receive your items ASAP. If an item says "ships in 2-3 business days" it is merely an estimate, but more often than not your item will ship within the description parameters.
Shipping at Carmens Vacuum
- A $5.00 shipping charge applies to all Home Appliances.
- Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days for via UPS ground.
3-4 days for 3-day select.
- Exceptions Carmens Vacuum offers only UPS Ground Shipping for FREE
in the lower 48 states. Please call 1-800-886-8227 to select one of the following
optional shipping methods.
- 3 Day Select UPS add $30 to all shipping costs unless noted in any "special" deals. Guaranteed in 4 days.
- Alaska and Hawaii add $30 to all< shipping costs. Will be sent by
U.S. Postal Service.
- APO and FPO add $20 to all shipping costs. Will be sent by U.S. Postal
Service.
- Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air will be billed according to location.
- We also ship internationally, but only where our manufactorers make stock available. Currently we ship to Candada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Europe among others. Some items require additional lead time due to voltage issues, so please contact us for information regarding this.

Carmensvacuum.com strives to bring you the lowest prices possible. This is done through volume purchasing and stringent cost control. We make every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.
